Twice a week, the PINEA Garden Aparthotel Merano invites guests to dine in. A small, carefully curated bistro menu combines Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine with high-quality ingredients, continuing the culinary tradition for which the kitchen of the former Hotel Juliane has been renowned for many years.
The menu is deliberately kept concise, in keeping with the aparthotel’s philosophy: you decide for yourself whether you’d like to spend the evening at the aparthotel, cook in your own apartment or explore one of Merano’s restaurants. To dine at the aparthotel, simply book on the spot.
Alpine, Mediterranean, quality-conscious
The cuisine at the PINEA Garden Aparthotel Merano combines influences from South Tyrol with Mediterranean flavours and focuses on top-quality ingredients. Wherever possible, these are sourced from the region – not only because of the shorter transport distances, but above all because of the excellent quality offered by local producers.
Rather than an extensive menu, the small bistro menu focuses on selected dishes and high-quality ingredients. This ensures that the high culinary standards which have characterised the hotel for decades are maintained.

Not every evening has to be the same. As well as the two in-house bistro evenings, you can make use of the fully equipped kitchen in your holiday flat, regional and quick-to-prepare dishes from our on-site shop, and Merano’s diverse range of dining options.
The ‘dine-around’ concept effectively turns the town into an extension of the PINEA Garden Aparthotel Merano’s culinary offering. The personalised concierge service recommends selected restaurants, inns and pizzerias and, on request, will take care of table bookings.
