Things to know about the PINEA Garden Aparthotel Merano
From the deposit to check-in and cancellation, right through to holidays with your four-legged friend: here is a clear summary of all the important information you need for your booking and stay.
The apartment prices quoted are per night for two people and include a buffet breakfast and many other included services. An additional charge of €60 per apartment applies for final cleaning. The local tourist tax of €3.40 per person is charged on top of the accommodation price and is payable on site. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the local tourist tax.
Children up to and including the age of 5 stay free of charge.
Children aged 6 to 14 (inclusive) pay €30 per person per night.
Children over 14 and adults pay €55 per person per night.
On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 am.
A deposit of 20 per cent of the total price is required to confirm the booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit.
Plans may change. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date, 50 per cent of the total accommodation costs will be charged. For cancellations made 2 days or less before the arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, 100 per cent of the total accommodation costs will be charged.
There are various payment options available for settling the bill. We accept cash, EC and Bankomat cards, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
The South Tyrol Guest Pass is your companion throughout your stay in South Tyrol. With this digital discount card, you can use südtirolmobil’s public transport services free of charge. These include, amongst others, regional trains, regional and city buses, and public cable cars.
Small to medium-sized dogs and cats are welcome, subject to prior booking. A charge of €10.00 per pet per night applies for their stay. Beds and sofas are not intended as sleeping areas for pets. Should this result in the need for additional cleaning, this will be charged separately.
Your pet is welcome to roam freely throughout the hotel, with the exception of the restaurant, the swimming pools and the sauna and relaxation area.
There are 7 charging points for electric cars and electric motorbikes at the property, each with a maximum output of 22 kW AC. There is a charge for using these. E-bike batteries can also be charged on the premises free of charge. We also have bike lockers with charging points, which our guests can use free of charge.
