Hotel Juliane, situated in the Obermais residential district of Merano, is being transformed into the PINEA Garden Aparthotel Merano, comprising 19 apartments.
The aparthotel combines the independence of self-catering accommodation with the attentive hospitality of a hotel. Much of what has always defined this establishment remains: its peaceful location in Merano, the timeless 1960s design – now given a modern twist – the varied breakfast buffet, the Mediterranean garden with its outdoor pool, the indoor swimming pool and an atmosphere that is pleasantly unhurried. On two evenings a week, you can treat yourself to the highly acclaimed cuisine.
Added to this are spacious apartments, a new wellness area and an in-house shop. This means you can tailor your stay entirely to your own preferences. The fully equipped kitchens in the holiday apartments and the availability of local produce on site make it easy for you to cater for yourself.

The PINEA Garden Aparthotel Merano, with its spacious garden, is situated in Obermais, one of Merano’s quietest and most beautiful neighbourhoods. Nestled amongst villas dating from the imperial era, Mediterranean gardens and ancient trees, you can enjoy plenty of privacy. And yet the town of Merano is right on your doorstep.
It’s about a 15-minute walk to the historic centre with its promenades, arcades, shops, cafés and restaurants. If you’d rather take the bus, the bus stop is about 100 metres below the aparthotel. From there, buses run directly to the historic centre every 20 minutes.
